Yup. BS! Im sick of this crap from PP.. makes no sense to hold my money like this. I live on EBT at the moment.. I NEED money for gas to work and my phone bill thats overdue. while my shipped package of ten days sits at the post office. I hate scummy buyers.. going to require immediate payment of my items and hold them until i can transfer or at least USE my money from the sale. Ebay and PP are at fault, I tell the buyers.. They can complain all they want , no money , no item. greedy paypal.. if i take the time to ship something first class in person and with delivery confirmation.. why hold my money for a month? F***** stupid.
