Hi, if you paid Paypal via credit card, you can complain to them and they will act for you, (at least they did for me when I had a dispute and I got £32 back when I was grossly mis sold), I was scammed and he eventually got himself "expelled" for, I suspect, more scams. If it is a Bank, I feel sure they will help. In my experience, Paypal is not very good helping when amounts under £100 is involved, may not be any good for amounts over that for all I know, but I personaly would not pay with paypal for expensive goods.
