Hi all, This is a bit of a weird on, but hope someone may has got over this very annoying problem in the past........ I am a fundraiser for a branch of the Retired Greyhound Trust and we have recently started to sell some of our goods on eBay to help raise money during the winter months (set up through mission fish). Thankfully we are doing really well, but then that means PayPal verification and all the oddities that come with it. When I set the PayPal account up, I did so as a charity and have since sent them a copy of confirmation that I am indeed a volunteer for the organisition, but I've had to just answer loads of questions about date of incorporation, board of directors DoB, which I definitely couldn't answer as they are also all volunteers in very senior places, like MP's etc. I'm now being asked to send bank statements and certificate of incorporation etc, again none of which I can provide. I'd really like to use the charity status to help us receive a discount on what we are selling, as I'm having to list everything higher so we are making a profit, but feel it may well just be easier to switch to a personal PayPal account. If anyone can help with some advice I'd be so grateful. Many thanks
