PayPal is charging me 180 dollars for something I didn't even know. I have been going shopping for the last few weeks using my PayPal payment card at AE, HCO, and A&F thinking that my bank account still had money and the purchases did go through and everything like normal and I would check my PayPal account online and it said that the purchases went through and now a week later from my last purchase it's charging me all of the money I spent when I didn't even know the payment to the store wasn't really going through. I had $28 in my account before DDecember 12 and after I placed an order in American Eagle for $18 and after placing the order I now had $-12. What happned to my money?
