I have an etsy shop and i made 2 sales last month that i packaged and sent out, probably shouldnt have though because my payment status for both sales says Pending. I need help with this. I could have waited until payment went through but the buyers would still be waiting on their soaps and its been about a month now. i didnt want to get bad feedback so i mailed out the packages and assumed that the penidng status would go through with no problems. i've checked email and updated my information and everything seems to be up to date. I'm thinking that contacting these buyers would be pointless in that on their side, it might also state that payment is pending. Please help with this. cece
