I recently bought an Iphone over ebay and paid using paypal, but the phone was stollen before it could be shipped. The original transaction was completed and funds were deducted from my bank account. The seller refunded my payment and the original payment is listed as being refunded. In my activity history, the refund is also listed as being completed. The money was refunded on the 15th and doesn't show up in my bank account or paypal balance. I paid through TCF with a debit card if that matters, when can I expect to get the money back into my bank account?
