Hi, my brother in laws' paypal needs his address to be verified, unfortunately he is an international student that does not have 1) a drivers license 2) renting so he does not have utility bills 3) no notice of council rates because he is a tenant 4) no tax assessment 5) no centrelink benefits because he is international So what now? Submit one of the following documents: A current Australian or foreign driver's licence or permit (both sides); Utility Bill e.g. Electricity, Gas, Water, Landline phone bill (issued within the last three months); Notice of Council Rates (issued within the last three months); Tax Assessment provided by the Australian Taxation Office (issued within the last twelve months); or A Centrelink Statement (issued within the last twelve months).
