So I posted this as a question on Paypal but have not received an answer since I posted a week ago. But I am hoping someone in here has an answer for me! 'We are having a big problem with the Paypal Express Checkout which is connected with our Tru Catch Traps Website which is created with Magento. When a customer orders from us with Express we are not receiving an email or even a name for our records in the Magento Backend. This has been a huge problem for us because when Magento does not receive this information it has no place to send the confirmation email. So we are receiving about 20 calls a day just to verify if we have received the order which is a pain. > >I have tried multiple changes to the code of the Magento program but I am still not receiving anything from Paypal Express. We do receive the Customer's email under Payment Information but not in the Customer Information. And Magento will not send the email to the Customer if it only has the Payer Email. It needs an email in the Account Information, which if you would allow us to flag the account to receive Billing Information, all the code I have changed will take the email and create an account. > >I have also talked with multiple people to get this drastic problem fixed, but nothing has worked yet. Until I spoke with one person and said I needed to contact Paypal and get them to FLAG our account so we can receive Billing Information which in return would solve all of our problems. This person said once Paypal does this everything will work after that.
