I have numerous unpaid transactions because I think I made an error setting up the subscriptions. The customer signs up for a 3 day free trial but the transaction expires before the 3 days so I haven't got paid for numerous transactions - Please can help me out with these expired transactions. Next, I have numerous profiles where the customer paid $260 up front but there profiles have been expired the same day they paid. They all owe me another payment of $260 - 30 days after the first payment, how do i go about getting this sorted? All the customers are well aware and expect the charges, I just set it up incorrectly I think. Finally how do I get an account rep, I tried calling and I was put through to the technical department but i was on hold for 40 minutes so I hung up.... I want a call back because that has just run up my bill XXXXXXXXXX
