I am having exactly the same issue. I am a new ebay seller and i have a pending paypal balance as well as withdrawal delays. This has forced me to put buying new stock on hold and therefore put my income to almost nothing. im dissapointed with the service from paypal. it has been 72 hours and none of my withdrawals have gone into my bank account
