I want to express the same concerns others have on this Board. I am in the middle of a name change request that has stretched out three weeks. Others in this Organization have opted not to make the change earlier because they found it to be too difficult. So we have someone listed who has not worked here for 2 years. Despite faxing all requested information and talking to a customer service rep who could not help me in any way, I am resorting to this Board as well as a barrage of emails. Isn't there anyone at PayPal that is interested in addressing these issues? I feel like I'l talking to a freaking computer. Get with it PayPal. Don't you read all the complaints!!!
