Wow I'm so glad I'm not the only one having this issue. I just spent 3 hours trying to figure it out before I saw the above posts. I too get the connection rest error. Would be nice is paypal had a service bulletin with known possible issues on the log in page so I didn't waste all my darn time thinking it was something on my end. Please let us know when this is fixed. I need these labels printed ASAP!!!
