Guys, here is my solution..hope it helps as I see nobody anweared this yet. In my case: this message appeard as well: Unfortunately, the funding source within your PayPal account was declined. I have enough funds, expiration date is 2014...and I paid Via PP on Ebay for last 2years without any problem. So I have seeked some answears, and...yes, the problem WAS with my bank account!..I do not for what reason, but my bank changed security settings. I just had to find out which one. My problem was that I had to allow "3D security" on my card, simple allow "yes". and..here we go,.. everything works fine just the way it used to work.. Just take your time and check all the settings with your e-payment/debit or credit card/...., you sure will fix this problem within few minutes. hope I helped a bit
