I created a shipping label in eBay and the screen froze. So I recovered from the crash and started over, shipped my package no problem. But in looking at my Paypal account I see I was charged for the original label that never printed. I tried to open a dispute in the Resolution Center but it says you can't dispute that transaction. It's simple to tell if the label was ever used. All you have to do is enter the tracking number into the USPS system to see it was never used. Any idea how I can get Paypal to refund my shipping charge?
