Yep, that is a way, and that is what I do, but with this all new policy of Paypal anyone can very safely ship to Somalia, Serra Leoa and so on...isn´t it?   Anyway... the question is that more then 30 day have passed and MY money IS NOT in my paypal balance...   maybe i´m beeing punished for expressing my opinion... ... I agree, feedback to sellers just after receiving goods. I allways dispatch item on next working day rarelly on second, and then I mark item as dispatched but for buyer nothing is garanteed. If someone from a highrisk country buys something expensive from you and wants to pay with paypal what would you do? ... View more

Also I dont sell expensive items and avoid to buy them unless is from a reputable online store. Regarding the feedback question my experiance tells me if I wait for feedback before give it is allways better. Even so, I ALLWAYS retribute feedback and as far as I remember I never gave a negative one.   Kernowlass... imagine the millions of transactions made on ebay daily, only ebay, now make a small calculation of an avarage value for each one and sum... now imagine that amount in paypal account collecting interests at 5%+  for 21 days, (in my case as been more).   You could be a very happy man if that money fall in your acount    ... That means I need to sell 100 items with 100% feedback? And if some buyers just dont care to give a feedback? Usualy I used to give feedback to my buyers just after they pay but I realised that if I do that many of them dont retribute the feedback, on the other way, if I wait till they give me feedback first , the "no feedback" transactions is close to zero. Another thing is, for exemple, someone can claim it didnt received the item, and tracking numbers are no longer a garantie of delivery, many companies, as mail services told me, dont  give entrence of objects in their systems, so you send a item, you can track it in you country and then... pufff,  cant be tracked any more. I can understand this is a complex issue , for one side people want to be payed, on the other buyer wants to be protected and above all paypal wants to make big money. By the way... I´m a registered user of ebay since 10/2001.... 11years , paypal close to that I belive...   Anyway... all we can do is wait to fullfill all requirements.   sorry my poor english. ... View more

Well I guess I meet  that criteria, 151 ebay feedbacks, 100% positive, many other transactions in various places, no problem with my buyers and Paypal hold my founds MORE then 21 days, hold them AFTER positive feedback received... well...
