When you call, please have the following information ready so we can confirm that you own the account: Your telephone number. Im having the exact same issue!! i have paid with my credit card before and the payments were quick and i had excellent feedback. But now it says i need to add another credit card for some reason which is really frustrating!! ARGHH!! i have another credit card and when i try adding that it still wont let me and says i need to use another card or something. I need to buy stuff!   any solutions? ... View more
