It could be a fake email trying to get your information. Does it start with Dear or something as such? If you provide PayPal or Ebay with a tracking number the clock starts ticking then as to when you can get your funds released. After delivery is confirmed then it takes 3 days after that to get your funds released. If you transfer them to a bank account then there is an additional 3-4 days wait on that as well. When your funds are released from pending status, if you have them transferred to a bank account they still have to go to a clearing house, per the government, before being forwarded to the account. A PayPal agent told me that it is a rule they have to follow. It must be a way for clearing the money of any terrorist ties that could be connected with it. I only have $250 coming to me which would hardly help any activity. If your funds are in Pending status by Paypal they will do a one time release of your funds into your account but there is still a waiting period attached to that.
