This is the first time I have used PayPal abroad and I am concerned, I placed an order yesterday for jewellery and paid via Paypal, but I have had no response from the seller or even an acknowledgement of the order and its around £60.00 On the e-mail I received back from Paypal under dispatch detail it says the seller had not provided any dispatch details yet. I have tried e-mailing them, but they are not responding, Am I able to get my money back I 'm not sure what to do next. Thank you
