Hello, I bought something on eBay. But I used regular sending money feature, however I have labelled the transaction as a payment for such an eBay item. The seller then just disappeared. I have opened a dispute about this transaction. But the seller doesn't respond to my message. If I escalate this to an claim, will I get refund or my money would just gone? Thanks first!
