i recently had a dispute with an unruly and disrespectful customer after a simple mistake. he filed a transaction dispute with me, paypal withheld the money i "owed" him and after i refunded his money it's been nearly 3 weeks and i still haven't gotten the money back in my account! i'm furious over this because paypal has been ridiculously unhelpful in communicating with me on how i can get my money back. i don't know what i'm going to do or if i'll ever get my money back because if it's up to the other person in the dispute to confirm that the dispute is resolved then this **bleep** is never going to grow up and do it, so long as i never get that $90.00 back. i know it's not that much but i really need all the money i can get and that money could get me one step closer to being stressfree. somebody please help me out as to how to show paypal this dispute has been resolved long ago and that i've refunded the money. this is my first "refund" and dispute so i just sent him 90 dollars instead of the "refund" action because i didn't know about it and it took out like 2 dollars so this has turned into a war.
