I have been trying to make a payment. I get to a screen that ask for a credit card number. I entered the number, but the only "button" on the screen says "link card". So I hit that, and a message comes up that I already have that card on file, do I want to update, etc. Whatever I try, I just get bounced back and forth. So I can't proceed to a screen to finalize payment. Also, have been unable to talk to a live service representative - if such even exist.
