I have been experiencing this error since morning. I gone to my bank in order to check if there was any trouble, but I have funds and my credit card don't have anything wrong either. What could be happening? When I enter to my paypal account, I says It didnt processed anything for today. It never happened to me before and I have a few purchases I need to pay in Ebay.
