I bought an item from ebay, but it was damaged so I returned it. The buyer said that he had refunded the money, but I don not see them in my paypal account. Usually when I get a refund they appear in my account as refunded and they they go to my bank account. How long does it take a refund to showup in paypal or seller is lying?
