This was the message that I recieved 'This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using this form.' I have been trying for over a month now, leaving it several weeks at a time before trying again without any luck. I have tried email customer services but when it says 'enter the last 4 valid digits of a card' apparently my card is not valid and i do not have the money to phone up customer services either. Im getting so frustrated with this now, as im still waiting on this money and i until i get it back there is nothing i can do! ... View more

Hi. A few days ago i tried adding my debit card to my paypal account. I waited 4 days, without it coming through on my statement so i couldn't activate my card. Finally after i cancelled my card, and added a bank account instead (which activated fine) my card has finally been charged for activation. but now here is my dilema, i can't add my card again to activate it, and i cant get a refund on the 2 pound that has been charged to my account.
