So i bought an item and seller shipped intentionly a different item just to provide shipping code. But now paypal wants me to return the item to get a full refund. So the seller shipped it from USA which i paid shipping and import tax which was from USA. Now the seller wants me to send it back to him and says to send it to Vietnam. What should i do? What if its fake adress just to stall or something... please help me. What should i do? Bought an presto 16q seller sent terry cloth golf cart seat..
