I hear you!! I have had Ebay and PayPal accounts for over 12 years!!! I have 100% perfect feedback at 598 and I have NEVER had a complaint on either website and they are holding my money!! I have had my PayPal account for over 12 years!! I have NEVER had a dispute. The same with my Ebay account. My feedback rating is 100% and it is 598 . Never a bad feedback or complaint. While I do purchase more than I sell. I have been selling for over twelve years! I also have excellent credit. PayPal has some nerve hanging on to my money when I have been with them and Ebay event-free for over TWELVE YEARS!!!   I shipped my item requiring a signature because I don't want the buyer to say he did not get the item.
