Hi all. I received a payment for $100 whilst i was away on a training course and had no idea it had been sent. I have returned home today to find my account has a claim against it so i am trying to refund the payment but it doesnt seem to want to happen. The money is being held whilst the dispute is ongoing and i wish to simply return the payment to the sender. Why am i unable to do this please?
