I recently made a payment, (7 days ago) and the payment went through as an e-cheque. Paypal stated that the payment was pending until the 7th Sept. The funds left my bank on the 4th or 5th and I presumed would be with the seller on the 7th. It's now the 8th September and the payment is still listed as pending until the 7th Sept. What's happened here then?
