IPN failure Message with no IPN

Hi, I am repeatedly receiving an IPN failure message.  I have double/triple checked and my IPN is disabled.  This account is less than two months old and it has never been linked to a website or had the IPN enabled.  I am only worried because the messages seem to keep coming.  Has anyone ever experienced this before? ...
