I realize that you sided with the seller on my case but eBay is aware of the fraudulent sales practices of "usbestshop" and are investigating. They delay past the eBay money back guarantee period and Feedback period, avoiding negative feedback on their store. Delaying and false promise of a refund are their SOP. They are experts when it comes to not making right defective product sales. It won't do me any good in appealing your decision in my case but felt that I should comment anyway. I'm not one to accepting deceptive sales practices.

If you fully read my post, you would see that it works with other apps that require GPS and/or network access. I'll probably have to uninstall "PayPal Here" and install "Square" and try that. Really don't have any choice.

"PayPal Here" app doesn't recognize GPS or network. Other apps have no problem with GPS or network setting. Contacted support via the phone and they instructed me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did that and it still doesn't recognize GPS/Network. When ever swiping a card or attempting to enter a card number manually, I get the window that says that PayPal Here requires a GPS/Network connection. Originally the app worked ok when first installed, but it then it stopped. The phone is an Android LG LGL39C (Tracfone).

For several years, I have had flat rate pricing for one page of my website. Just received a payment for an item on that product page and no shipping was applied. I have now lost money on that sale and have had to shutdown that product page. Why did PayPal remove shipping charges from my sales on that page and in turn cost me money for my sales?
