I would like to raise this as an issue as well. Just this week I found I had been debited for the first time for a MONTHLY direct debit that had been established in 2010. Not a single payment, a MONTHLY one. This MONTHLY charge (unlike the other, standard, one time direct debits that paypal specialises in and that i have come to expect) was not set up by me, and did not appear on my list of disputable paypal transactions as per usual. All the standard paypal charges are fine and have appeared on my list of disputable transactions and bank account as per usual. The MONTHLY direct debit charge that was set up in December 2010 is my concern.
