A friend in America is trying to send money to my paypal account in the UK using a prepaid credit card. He has done so successfully within the last 3 months, yet now when he tries to enter the card number into the payment option it greys out all the other boxes and doesnt allow him to complete the transaction. Any suggestions on why this is, and what can be done to resolve it....he doesnt use paypal as he doesnt have a bank or credit card account, hence the reason for using a prepaid card, and he doesnt want to have to set up a paypal account either as it is not something he would use normally.
