Same here .. i cannot add money anymore and when i tried to resolve this issue they asked for a photo of my Social Sec. Card either sent by jpg file or by fax !! First .. i removed all my remaining funds from there. Then i sent them the following email: Ok, so you have my name, verified address, verified phone number, certified credit card number and certified bank account number, as well as my social security number and now you are telling me that you STILL cannot verify my identity and you need a picture of my SS card on top of everything else? How about i send you a blood sample while i am at it? You already have more information about me than the IRS!!! What the **bleep** is wrong with you Paypal?? Do you realize how ridiculous this sounds?? Is your request supposed to make me feel "safer"? Because Paypal really must really be totally incompetent when it comes to verifying identities if that's the case! Ever since this service was bought by eBay it has been going downhill, but Paypal just hit a new low! ________________________ ... this is becoming ridiculous !!
