Hithere. My question concerns a sale I made on Etsy on 08/14/12. I got the sales notice from Etsy, but none from here at PayPal. The notice in my Etsy account says this: Payment is pending. You can find out why the payment is pending by viewing the transaction in your PayPal account. If the payment method is eCheck, it could take 3 to 5 business days for the payment to clear. An eCheck is a payment made directly from a bank account. Please wait for the payment to clear before shipping this order. It's been 10 days, 8 Working Days if you want to get technical and there is STILL nothing in my PayPal account. My customer says that she looked and it says that "the funds haven't been claimed." How would I claim them if there's nothing there? Etsy says that I can mark the transaction as paid, but if it's not paid, then that's not right either... Please advise me on what I should do.
