Ebay restricted me from bidding on an item and claimed that I do not have a PayPal account when in fact, I have an account with a sizable balance (but not for long.) I will not leave a balance in PayPal again. If they cannot communicate with Ebay that I am in fact a member with an account in good standing, then they are not trustworthy for maintaining a balance. (I am clearly frustrated in not making a purchase that I had watched closely and bid several hundred dollars more than the winning bid but did not get the item because of the bidding restriction. )
