Hi im new to paypal and want some advice. Someone wants to purchase an item from me and have told me the funds have gone from their account, they say i need to confirm the postage details with paypal following a e mail in my Junk e mail box telling me what to do.....they sent it from a g-mail account. is this legitimate????
