Hi i currently have a dispute claim against me (unfairly i may add) paypal decided in buyers favour and they were told to return the item for a refund. The date given for them to send tracking info is today 29/09 so far i can see no tracking details given - case still says "awaiting other partys response"! If no tracking is sent by the end of this date do i get the money back that paypal took from my bank account to coner the refund?
