Can someone from Paypal please advise - it's a simple question!   To be absolutely clear, suppose in my Paypal account I have £200 and US$130 held in those currencies. Then I go to the United States and eat at a restaurant where I pay for US$20 using my Paypal Access Card.   Does my balance become £200 + US$110 ? ... View more

Hello,   I'm also looking for the answer to this question. I have a Paypal Access Card and would like to use my card abroad in the United States. If I purchase items locally there will it deduct this from my USD Paypal balance automatically without deducted a foreign exchange fee ?   I have a Paypal Premier Account.   Thanks everyone for the help! ...
