Hey I'm getting the same error as BubblesUK. I have had my account for years without a problem. There is plenty of money for my purchases. I tried on more than one browser. Yesterday I bought one item just fine then when I tried a second from a different seller I got the error message "This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information." etc and when I tried another item today from yet another seller I got the error then also. The sellers don't see any problems on their end and I don't want negative buyer feedback. Logging into Paypal does not show any indication as to the error and doesn't even show that there have been failed transactions, it's as if the attempted transactions did not exist. I have not gone over my yearly or monthly limit, I tried two customer services help options; the Louise-bot didn't have my problem in her data and the send a message option deleted my message as soon as I pressed "send". I don't want to phone as I am in Greece at the moment and it would cost a lot. Please help
