please help i have recently brought an item off ebay the seller has recived the payment on the 2nd august 2012, but accourding to paypal the payment has been recived by the seller then returned back to my bank account but for some reason it has made my paypal account over drawn when the money was in the account for it to be paid, if the seller had not recived my payment then i would not have recived my items which i have recived on the 10th august 2012 please could i have any information regarding this matter so i can get this resolved . many thanks
