Try uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone, then reinstall. If that doesn't help, please let us know. Yes. I've experimented with trying different amounts (as you've suggested), and I did already remove the app, and reinstall. Even after removing the battery just to be sure. GPS is enabled the entire time, but it will not get past the charge screen.
