Each time I try to add my credit card to my paypal account, i keep getting this response: "This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued it. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Please enter a different card." I immediately contacted my issuer and I got this response from them: Dear Mr Qas, Thank you for contacting the Ukash Service Team. We inform you that there are no problems with your card. We kindly ask you to contact PayPal regarding this issue. Should you have further questions about the information given above, please reply directly to this email, including our original text and ticket number.
