Unable to transfer funds from bank account.

    This post rambles on a bit, so you may skip to the important information in "Edit 2"        I'll start out by saying, yes, I am a minor, fifteen years old, and am currently unable to provide paypal with photo identification, bills for address identification, or any other information of that matter. I would assume that paypal has removed my ability to transfer funds from my checkings account for this reason.       My checkings account is on union bank, and it is on a program that links it to my parents so they may monitor my transactions. What stumped me was that if paypal really cared about the monitorization of individuals under the appropriate age, why would they only block out transfering from the bank account, while not blocking the ability to spend the money that is presently within my account. Or is this just a matter of me sending in the information that just recently became required? (Which I already feel uncomfortible giving, "trusted" company or not, considering our only answer to the question of why we need to provide this information is because "the government said so") And though my SSN has already been linked to the account, it still asks for proof.   EDIT: After reading through these forums, it has been confirmed to me that it is a matter of information rather than age. But provided my age, I can not provide the appropriate information. So, is there a way to still use the full rang of features on paypal considering my age?   EDIT2: After some more looking around, I have taken note that the moderators here give very indirect/generic/script-like solutions. So I will make my question short and simple, and request that I not be directed to threads saying why these new information requirements where put into play. I request no indirect, script-like answers that need to apoligise, say the problem is odd, say that the automatic confirmation did not work, and say that they are trying to fix the problems manually. I request a direct answer that tells me how I may fix my problem. With these requests out of the way, here is my question as simple as can be:     Is it possible, as a minor, who can not provide all the paypal information asked of him/her, to still be able to transfer funds from their bank accounts?
