Long story short, it took three weeks to get what I had ordered. When it finally came, it didn't work as properly as it should have. I sent everything back w/in the required time frame and they sent me an email telling me they received it. The next day, they sent me a credit memo for what I'll be refunded. Four days later, there was no refund so I called. They said it takes 3-5 business days for it to process. I asked if it's not back by wednesday (today... 6 business days... really 7) if I should call back and he said yes. I called and they said, "If it's not back by Monday, call back". I had done everything asked so I never thought I would have needed to open a case. But now I feel it's almost like they're holding my money because, within my limits and rights according to their site, returned my items. Is there anything I can still do?
