I would like to know who authorized the access to my buying or selling of items to irs where I would receive a 1099 form especially where anything I sold was less value than I purchased it for and I already paid taxes on it? So I have to claim money I was already taxed on? I don't get it as well as I never told PayPal they could release any of my private info, this is rediculous and I will be closing my PayPal account soon and others should follow as this is not legal, I will be checking into this further as this doesn't sound right especially where anything I sold is used and for a lot less than I paid with Taxes. tt62 ... I purchased an item through ebay that was damaged, I returned it for a refund and the seller never returned my refund so now I am out the item, my cash and the shipping fees not even mentioning it was a gift and paypal will not stand behind me, where is the buyer protection or insurance?
