Hello . I have verified US business based paypal account since 2004 . Never had any problem with it. I was not using it too often, so there is an old bank account info stored in my profile. I closed that bank account one year ago due to switching banks, and never updated it since then in my paypal profile. I am travelling now overseas. And i needed to pay for my US hosting so wanted to use my paypal balance, that i always keep on my account, to pay for it. Out of blue same minute i got a email from paypal stating that my account was "randomly selected for maintenance due to security issue" (which is understandable, because i was using a foreign IP). So now i am on a loop, when i login i need to provide my old bank account number, that i dont have anymore, and there is no way to do anything else, even contact them untill ill provide it. Is anyone knows some human email address in paypal. or a phone number i can call to bypass that loop somehow? I had to create a personal paypal account now even to be able to post on forum. I emailed them the problem on contact us page and got an automated generated answer about that i need to go trough inserting my bank account info, that i cant do. Any help would be appretiated.
