I followed the steps to link my "bank account" to my PayPal; I received the small deposits, & then entered the amounts as requested once I logged back in to PayPal. They were accepted, & everything looked in order . . . I was verified. Then I tried to complete a spending transaction, & I got a message saying that it was denied. I was able to use my MoneyCard to finish the transaction, but that was only because I still hadn't hit my $5000 spending limit quite yet. Now that I have, I'm stuck. My Wal-Mart MoneyCard should be able to be linked to, right? It's backed by GE Money Bank. I don't know any other account or routing numbers to use. I've been using PayPal for some time now, but know I'm prohibited simply because I choose not to have a checking account. I only use my Wal-Mart MoneyCard for ALL of my spending. Is there any other way to get verified for those of use that don't have a checking account? Help! I'm guessing that you actually need some money in your Paypal account....if your paypal balance is $0.00, then paypal will go to the backup source, i.e. your MoneyCard...
