Hello, I got the same problem with a shipped parcel to France. I offered in my sale USPS First Class International shipping. The buyer never ask for a different shipping. Meanwhile he opened a case and PayPal took the money and parked it somewhere. I send PayPal the receipt and the customs tracking number. This is the only number I got. I know as soon as the parcel leaves the US you can not track it down anymore. After using this number in there system it shows that the parcel left the country and got as fare as England. So fare the help from USPS. But what is PayPal doing???? Am I protected, because I do not want to loose the item and the money. It would be great to get some help!!! Thanks a lot!
