I've been trying to make a purchase with my Paypal balance, but every time I attempt it, I receive this message: This transaction amount is greater than your available PayPal balance. To complete purchase, please add a credit or debit card. Despite the message, my balance can cover the purchase I'm trying to make, and I'm confused as to why it is saying this. I've already linked my debit card, but I don't want it to take the transaction amount from my card - I want to use my Paypal balance. I'd like to know how I can fix this. Also, I used my balance to purchase something yesterday, but it was on a different website than the one I'm trying to purchase something from now. So, I'm wondering if it might be some kind of issue with the website rather than Paypal. If anyone can help, thank you very much (:
