i to bought a radio coder and paid for it with my paypall.it was took from my bank.but the seller was in hospital.so he refunded the money to paypall.i know it is only £2.99 but were as the money gone i have not got the £2 99. returned to my bank.and not got the radio decoder.i am now £2.99 missing from my bank.
